Why is
the piece I received not the same one as the one in the
picture. |

Each and every item of Penzo
is an original piece of artwork – no two pieces
are alike. The shapes do not vary. |

How can I contribute to wildlife
conservation efforts and/or educational projects? |
| A. |
Through the sale of Penzo products various projects
are supported and new projects started. If one would like
to contribute directly, Penzo can inform and recommend
a number of organizations that could seriously use any
support you are prepared to offer. Penzo does not accept
any donations on behalf of these good causes. |

How can I determine whether my purchase
is an original Penzo or an imitation? |
| A. |
Unfortunately, there are a few unscrupulous companies
in Zimbabwe and South Africa that are making poor attempts
to imitate Penzo. If you are unable to judge the product
by its quality, please refer to the underside of your
piece. It will always say “hand painted in Zimbabwe
by [the artist’s name] for © Penzo [year]”.
Without this text you will be dealing with a product
imitation.
It is strongly advised to check that this imitation product
is suitable for food consumption. |

Is it possible to choose my own
decorations? |
| A. |
Each and every Penzo piece is unique and within the
design concept. We do not offer a possibility of customizing/personalizing
the products. The search for your preferences is a challenge
worth undertaking. |

How long does it take from the moment
I order untill the moment I can
receive my Penzo product? |
| A. |
It all depends whether your required product is available
in stock. If not,
normally a lead time of four to six weeks should be taken
into consideration.
One should not forget that Penzo products are all pieces
of Art and that it has to come all the way from Africa.
