SHIPPING POLICY

Continental United States, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii
Our standard methods of shipping are USPostal Services with "Free Shipping" and FedExGround Shipping Services for urgent deliveries. Your shipping charges are automatically calculated in the shopping bag and will be displayed before checkout. Additional fees will be applied for expedited service. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Europe

We can ship your order throughout the European Union. We offer PostNL.nl and Fedex International Services.  The Point of Origin would be Utrecht, The Netherlands. Please contact us for shipping arrangements and quotes.

International Shipping
We can ship your order anywhere in the world. We offer PostNL.nl orFedex International Services. Please contact us for international shipping arrangements and quotes. You will be responsible for all taxes and duties associated with your order.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event of your item not having reached you in perfect condition, then we will gladly process the return of your item at absolutely no cost to you, once it is in the specified time period of 30 days.

We just need you to send us a picture of the defect within the product and we’ll cover the shipping of the item back to us and offer you either an exchange or full refund.

Once the refund has been approved you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account. This normally takes 3-4 working days but please note that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank provider.

REFUND Method due to defect;

Firstly please email us with a picture of the defect to customerservice@penzo.com so that we can authorize the refund for you.

  • Order Number

  • Detail the reason for the refund

  • Your full postal address

  • Your telephone number so that we may call you to arrange payment for the possible return shipping. Alternatively you may use your own national postal service to return the item.

 

EXCHANGE Method due to defect;

Within your exchange package, please include the following:

  • Order Number

  • Detail the reason for exchange

  • The Item you would like to purchase as part of the exchange

  • Your full postal address

  • Your telephone number so that we may call you to arrange payment for the possible return shipping. Alternatively you may use your own national postal service to return the item.

 

RETURN Method without defect;

If the reason for return is not based on a defect within the product, then you will be required to pay for the return shipping of the item you wish to exchange or refund. Exchange or refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned product.
